School menus: Jan. 25-29

Elementary breakfasts

Include a choice of one main fare item, one fruit or 100 percent fruit juice and one milk choice.

Monday: Sausage in a pancake, yogurt with or without graham crackers or cereal.

Tuesday: Scrambled eggs with Texas toast, breakfast burrito, muffin loaf with cheese or cereal.

Wednesday: Cinnamon French toast, bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter, Bagel-ful or cereal.

Thursday: Breakfast pizza, yogurt with or without graham crackers or cereal.

Friday: Whole grain Pop Tart, muffin loaf with cheese or cereal.

Elementary lunches

Include choice of milk and choice of two vegetables or fruit. Varied daily are chilled fruit or fruit cup, frozen juice bar, fresh fruit, chilled juice.

Monday: Chili bowl or pizza sticks with marinara.

Tuesday: Orange chicken and steamed rice or hot Italian sub.

Wednesday: Chicken sandwich or grilled cheese sandwich.

Thursday: Home-style turkey and gravy with dinner roll or tuna lunch pack.

Friday: Pizza or peanut butter or yogurt dipper box.

Middle and high school breakfasts

Include choice of whole grain cereal with breakfast bread, fresh fruit, 100 percent fruit juice and choice of milk.

Monday: Bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter or whole grain muffins.

Tuesday: Breakfast pizza or muffin loaf with cheese.

Wednesday: Griddlecake sandwich or yogurt with granola.

Thursday: Breakfast sandwich or ultimate breakfast round.

Friday: Swirl breakfast roll or Bageler.

Middle school lunches

Include choices of vegetables, fruit smoothie, juice bar, assorted fruits, chilled juice and choice of milk.

Monday: $2.50 menu: Chicken sandwich, chicken Caesar salad, barbecue or veggies sandwich with sweet potatoes or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Pizza round or tuna salad.

Tuesday: $2.50 menu: Pizza sticks with marinara, chef salad, hot cafe sandwich or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Hummus platter or Asian chicken and rice with egg roll.

Wednesday: $2.50 menu: Chicken sandwich, pasta with meatballs and bread stick or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Pizza slice or buffalo chicken salad.

Thursday: $2.50 menu: Cafe sandwich, chicken caesar salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Pizza round or speciality sub.

Friday: $2.50 menu: Chicken sandwich, southwest pizza or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Nachos supreme or yogurt plate.

High school lunches

Include choices of vegetables, fruit smoothie, juice bar, assorted fruits, chilled juice and choice of milk.
