Elementary breakfasts

Elementary breakfasts are called Sunrise Packs, and each features a main fare item that contains a combination of grains and/or protein, plus a choice of low-fat milk, and a choice of a fresh fruit or 100 percent fruit juice. Choices include the following:

Snack Pack: Snack-like choices including muffins, PopTarts and cereal bars.

'Moove' Pack: Yogurt with or without Elf Grahams.

Bowl Pack: A variety of whole grain, reduced sugar cereals with or without Elf Grahams.

Hot pack: Hot options like pancakes, breakfast pizza or sandwiches.

Elementary lunches

All elementary lunches have a choice of milk and two side dishes. Options include fresh fruit, vegetables and juice.

Monday: Texas barbecue sandwich, chicken patty sandwich or peanut butter and jelly

Tuesday: Hummus dipper box, turkey and gravy with or without a roll, or grilled chicken salad with or without a roll

Wednesday: Italian dunkers with or without marinara, Sloppy Joe sandwich or peanut butter and jelly

Thursday: Italian penne pasta with marinara or meat sauce, yogurt dipper box or tuna fishwich

Friday: Personal pizza (cheese or pepperoni), cafe sub or peanut butter and jelly

Middle and high school breakfasts

Secondary breakfasts are called Wake Up Packs, and each features a main fare item, plus a choice of low-fat milk, and a choice of a fresh fruit or 100 percent fruit juice. Choices include the following:

Hot'n Stacked Pack: A daily special from muffins, waffles, pancakes, French toast or other traditional breakfast favorites

Lite'n Healthy Pack: A daily light special from yogurt fruit parfaits, lowfat yogurt cups or smoothies.

Grain'n Eat It Pack: A variety of whole-grain cereals are available.

Snack'n Go Pack: A snack-like choice

Grab'n Go Pack: A hot breakfast sandwich or other meal students can eat "on the go"

Secondary lunches

All secondary lunches include an entree, a milk choice and a choice of any two hot vegetable and/or side options. Assorted fruit varies by school.

Monday: $2.50 menu: Peanut butter and jelly or a "yummus hummus" combo. $3 menu: Chicken Caesar salad, pizza or a pepper jack honey barbecue sandwich.

Tuesday: $2.50 menu: Cafe favorites sandwich or a "just plain nutty" combo. $3 menu: Chef salad, chicken bites for middle school and chicken tenders for high school with roll or zesty meatball sub.

Wednesday: $2.50 menu: Peanut butter and jelly or fruit parfait. $3 menu: Chicken taco salad with tortilla chips, fiesta nachos or Italian dunkers with marinara.

Thursday: $2.50 menu: Cafe favorites sandwich or a "lean machine" combo. $3 menu: Chef salad for middle school and chicken Caesar salad for high school, breaded chicken patty sandwich or pasta with marinara or meat sauce.

Friday: $2.50 menu: Peanut butter and jelly or French Market combo. $3 menu: Chicken BLT salad, sub sandwich or fish sandwich.
