Pasco County operates eight congregate dining centers for residents 60 and older, funded in part by the Older Americans Act. There is no charge for the meals, but donations are encouraged. The county also delivers meals to homes of the elderly through two programs. The Elderly Nutrition Program, also funded in part by the Older Americans Act, delivers meals at no charge, but donations are encouraged. Meals on Wheels requires a registration fee and a $6 fee per meal.
