Water restrictions remain in place
PLANT CITY — Despite recent storms, watering restrictions by the Southwest Florida Water Management District remain in effect for Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties until July 31 as a result of dry conditions following last year's below-average rainfall.
Watering is restricted to before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m. on certain days. The city's website has more information about allowable times to water, plantcitygov.com.
