Bank exec, USF chair Brian Lamb named among most influential blacks in corporate America

Brian Lamb, a Fifth Third Bank executive and chairman of the University of South Florida board of trustees, has been named one of the "most influential blacks in corporate America" by Savoy Magazine.

Lamb, who previously oversaw Fifth Third's operation in Tampa Bay, is currently executive vice president and head of wealth and asset management for the bank. A native Floridian and USF point guard in the mid-1990s, he lived in the Tampa Bay region until 2016, when he moved to Fifth Third's headquarters in Cincinnati.
