REAL ESTATE FIRM WELCOMES ASSOCIATE: John Walsh, who retired last December as vice president of the Pasco Economic Development Council, has joined Commercial Asset Partners Realty, 2511 Seven Springs Blvd., New Port Richey, as a commercial sales associate. Walsh will focus on brokering commercial real estate transactions for industrial and office properties and development sites in Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando and Hillsborough counties.

CASE MANAGER OF THE YEAR: Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point’s Marjorie Bridgette Weyhrauch, registered nurse, was recently named Case Manager of the Year by the Florida Chapter of the American Case Management Association. Weyhrauch as served at HCA facilities for 20 years. She began her career at Aventura in south Florida. The majority of her career was devoted to working as an emergency room nurse until she joined Bayonet Point as a case manager in the ER.

PANERA SUPPORTS SCHOOL: Panera Bread, 9405 U.S. 19, Port Richey, will donate a portion of purchases from 4 to 8 p.m. Sept. 20 to Richey Elementary School for customers who bring a copy of the flyer, which can be found on the school’s Facebook page at facebook.com/RicheyTigers/.

SERVSAFE MANAGER CERTIFICATION CLASS AND EXAM: The UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service will offer a ServSafe Manager Certification Class and Exam session from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 20 at the Land O’ Lakes Community Center, 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd., Land O’ Lakes. The class will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the exam will begin at 2:30 p.m. Participants will have two hours to complete the exam. The class is free.
