Allegiant tacks on four new routes at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport

Allegiant Air is adding 28 new routes and service from three new destinations, including flights at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.

The three cities to be added are Gulfport-Biloxi, Miss.; Norfolk, Va; and Milwaukee, Wis.

The new year-round nonstop routes and one seasonal route at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport:

• Norfolk, Va.: begins Oct. 4

• Milwaukee: begins Oct. 13

• Ogdensburg, N.Y.: begins Nov. 16

• Phoenix/Mesa, Ariz.: begins Nov. 15 (seasonal).

"We're so excited to grow our network and add service in Gulfport, Norfolk and Milwaukee," Lukas Johnson, Allegiant senior vice president, said in a statement. "With the addition of three new cities and a major expansion of service into Phoenix, we'll be able to offer some great fall travel options, with convenient, nonstop service across the country."
