JetBlue Airways will discontinue flying its poor-performing Tampa-to-Cancun route for 10 weeks starting Sept. 9. Passenger loads were disappointing after the route's launch in December, said airline spokesman Bryan Baldwin, and ''decimated'' in May during Mexico's swine flu epidemic. "It made sense for us to pause'' during the slow fall travel season, he said. Cancun, London and Grand Cayman are the only three nonstop international destinations from Tampa International other than Canadian cities. The daily Cancun flights will resume Nov. 19.
