Southwest Airlines will add some international flavor to its all-domestic menu. The big discount carrier said Monday it will start selling tickets to Mexico in 2010 as part of a deal with Mexican airline Volaris.
Southwest won't announce specific routes or fares until early 2010. Under the partnership, both carriers will sell tickets for each other's flights and share the revenue. Volaris will do the cross-border flying.
A few months ago, Southwest announced a partnership with WestJet Airlines to sell tickets to destinations in Canada.
