Circle K launching own gas at eight Hillsborough locations

TAMPA — Circle K is converting the gas station portion of eight of its Hillsborough locations to Circle K fuel. Previously, the fuel was provided by other brands, such as Shell. The new Circle K branding also brings with it the Canadian-owned convenience store’s "Top Tier" gas brand.

"By having a 360-degree Circle K experience at these locations, we will better be able to serve our customers," said David Morgan, Florida vice president of operations, in a release.

The chain is rolling out the fuel in April and May at one location in Tampa, one in Brandon and six in Plant City. Across Florida, 20 locations, largely in Tampa Bay and Orlando, will be converted. Circle K has 63 locations in Florida with Circle K fuel.
