If youíve ever complained about other motorists on the road, you may have been justified. The Sunshine State ranked No. 8 on GasBuddy.comís list of states with the most aggressive drivers.
"Our findings indicate that states with densely populated cities and high levels of congestion are where motorists are more inclined to drive aggressively," said Patrick DeHaan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, in a release. GasBuddy tracks gas prices.
"Aggressive" behaviors, the ranks said, included behavior such as hard breaking and hard acceleration. Driving at high speeds werenít necessarily aggressive, GasBuddy said, as many states with high speeds had the lowest levels of congestion and other aggressive behaviors. California ranked No. 1, followed by Connecticut at No. 2 and Georgia at No. 3.
