'92 Chevy conversion van

It's hard to believe it has been 21 years since my husband, George, and I purchased my 1992 Chevy conversion van. It took months of searching car dealerships before I finally found the one I loved. The cranberry and bronze trim caught my eye immediately. Gladiator conversion had done a great job of dressing up what was once a plain white van. In all of our travels, we have never spied another paint job as striking. At the full cost of $24,694 (I still have the original bill of sale), my van has been worth every cent. The odometer, with slightly less than 100,000 miles of cross country and local road trips, has recorded years of memories. Timely maintenance and a dot of touch-up paint here and there have ensured my van never shows her age, just like a beautiful woman. And using the running board to boost me into my comfy captain's chair at 81 years young, I feel ageless as well.
