My First Car: 2002 Volkswagen New Beetle GLS, Hannah Morris

'02 Volkswagen New Beetle GLS

This was my first car. I named her the "Bumblebug." My parents bought her for me when I was 16. It was the cutest car in my high school's parking lot. She was double yellow with black stripes at the bottom of the doors, with black and yellow leather seats. I love this car because of her uniqueness. I have the best memories driving around St. Pete with my friends. We sang with the windows down and the sunroof open. In the picture, I was making silly poses in front of the car for the 2011 Dixie Hollins High yearbook. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to the car last year. But, I'll always love my Bumblebug.
