This picture of my first car and my sister, Janet, brings back many wonderful memories. I purchased it by working part time in Liverpool, N.Y., and saving for months. It was one hot number with a V-8 engine, dual exhaust and an automatic transmission. I managed to blow the transmission during the warranty, which the Baldwinsville, N.Y., dealer repaired with some reservation. Come rain, snow or shine we cruised all over central New York in this black and white beauty. How I wish we could go for a spin today.
