Business networking, luncheons and awards in Pasco County

CARES reaches fundraising goal

With the help of many generous donors, CARES has met its goal of raising $75,000 for the Challenge Grant Program administered by the nonprofit Community Foundation of Pasco County. The Community Foundation has deposited a matching $25,000 in the CARES Endowment Fund, for a total of $100,000.

The funds will support elder services in Pasco County.

The CARES Agency Endowment Fund was established two years ago with a gift from the Musunuru family. The fund is administered by the Community Foundation and the investment returns are distributed to Community Aging and Retirement Services, better known as CARES.
