City at sea concept 'Freedom Ship' looking for investors

The audacious idea to create Freedom Ship, which would be an ocean-touring city, was born in Florida in the 1990s. Back then, a few Tampa Bay residents even put down deposits for residences on the yet-to-be-built ship. Then the economy tanked. Freedom Ship was mothballed. Now it's back on the hunt for investors to fund its estimated $10 billion price tag. All aboard, anyone?
