Ohio technology company relocates headquarters to Tampa

TAMPA — Vendita Technology Group, a Toledo, Ohio-based technology and software company, is relocating its headquarters to Tampa. The company will hire 15 employees for technical positions, sales and administrative staff by 2019.

"The talent pool, lifestyle and cost of living (in Tampa) is extremely favorable, and the business climate really won us over," Doug Sullinger, president of Vendita, said in a release.

Vendita currently has 14 employees. They did not receive any tax incentives for the move, Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corp. officials said.
