Soundproofing company to add 50 jobs

Acoustiblok Inc., a manufacturer of acoustical soundproofing products, plans to expand its Tampa headquarters to accommodate growth, according to a news release.

The company will double the current office space and add 20,000 square feet to its manufacturing facility in South Tampa near MacDill Air Force Base.

The $1.75 million expansion is expected to create up to 50 new jobs, the company said.
