Who satisfies business customers better? Progress Energy Carolinas whips Progress Energy Florida

Progress Energy Carolinas delivers the best customer satisfaction to businesses in the southeastern United States, a J.D. Power survey says, but Progress Energy Florida provides below average satisfaction to businesses in Florida. In the same survey, TECO Energy's Tampa Electric delivered above average satisfaction to business customers. Both Gulf Power, which serves the Florida Panhandle, and Florida Power & Light, serving the bulk of South Florida, came in below average in business satisfaction in the regional survey.
