Have we reached bottom? Florida workers seem to think so. A monthly survey by Harris Interactive for Spherion Corp., a staffing company, showed the confidence index for Florida's workers rose in April to its highest level since October. One-third of those surveyed thought the economy was staying the same, up 14 percentage points from March. About a third of the workers also said they are likely to look for a new job in the coming year, up 6 percent from the previous month. They may be hedging their bets: Only half of Florida's workers said they were confident in the future of their current employer.
