TAMPA — The Heights Public Market announced the first two food trucks for its "rotating stall," which will feature new restaurants every four months. Surf and Turf and Empamamas will be rolled out first.

Surf and Turf, owned by Adam and Beata Browne, is a seafood eatery known for its lobster rolls. After traveling in New Jersey and the Philadelphia area, the couple parked in the Tampa Bay area. The Travel Channel's Food Paradise has featured Surf and Turf as one of the best spots for seafood in Florida.

Customers can expect menu items such as rosemary steak sandwich, lobster grilled cheese and firecracker shrimp tacos with a honey sriracha glaze.

Empamamas is operated by Tampa native Stephanie Swanz, who said her Cuban aunt inspired the restaurant's flare. The eatery's seasonal feature will start in January.
