Letter: Improvement is more important than 'so-so' ranking

Improvement is most important

While you might consider being ranked 20 out of 50 to be so-so, the fact that Florida has moved up 10 spots since 2013 is a sign that the state is moving in the right direction. Florida has had much to overcome since the Great Recession, and it's good to see the positive trend for business, along with the improvement in unemployment.
