Lennar's Central Florida Division recently opened a new model coach home, the Antigua, at Thousand Oaks in Trinity, located at 9885 Trumpet Vine Loop off Trinity Boulevard, south of State Road 54.
The home offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,971 square feet of living space with a one-car garage. The Antigua model is priced from the $170s. In addition, Lennar is building town homes and coach homes at Thousand Oaks priced from the $120s.

Leadership Pasco, a development program that explores issues through a series of seminars and hands-on activities, is accepting applications for its class of 2013.
The program is open to people interested in community involvement and supporting the prosperity of Pasco County.
Topics include leadership skills, the history of Pasco County, education, health care/social services, law enforcement/criminal justice, economic and business development, government and infrastructure.
Applications are due by June 1, and may be submitted at www.leadershippasco.com.

The West Pasco Young Professionals Group will host the third annual Chasco Bowling Tournament at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lane Glo Bowl, 8631 Old County Road 54, New Port Richey.
Registration for teams of four is now $140. Single bowlers are welcome and will be matched up. Spectators are also welcome.

The Greater Zephyrhills Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Zephyrhills Noon will offer the seventh annual Zephyrhills Golf Scramble on May 4 at Silverado Golf and Country Club, 36841 Clubhouse Drive, Zephyrhills.
Registration begins at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Proceeds from the event benefit local youth and education programs through community service projects operated by both organizations.
A $100 entry fee per golfer includes 18 holes of golf, a catered dinner, goody bag and door prizes. In addition, players can visit the "Oasis Watering Hole" offering Bloody Marys and margaritas, as well as a snack and beverage cart while on the course.
Sponsor packages are also available.
