Briefly

COMPARK 75 PLAN PHASE III EXPANSION IN 2016: Plans are under way for Phase III of development at Compark 75 — site of the first industrial speculative development built in Tampa Bay following the recession. The expansion comes on the heels of two new tenants leasing space in Phase II, and pushing the office park to almost full occupancy.

Streetside Classic Cars, consignment dealer of classic and collectable cars, has leased 37,000 square feet to house its Florida operations. In addition, a national dental products distribution company has leased 41,000 square feet, where it will consolidate its distribution from locations in three other states.

Compark 75 is located at 4610 Pet Lane in Wesley Chapel, equidistant from the State Road 54 and State Road 56 interchanges. Only 42,898 square feet of space remains available for lease in the existing 237,053 square foot development.

Phase III is expected to be completed in 2016. It will consist of one dock-high tiltwall building with a clear height of 24 feet and an Early Suppression Fast Response sprinkler system, with suites available from 6,150 square feet.

BUFFALO WILD WINGS TO OPEN IN WESLEY CHAPEL: Diversified Restaurant Holdings has announced that a new Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar will open Monday at 26725 State Road 56, Wesley Chapel.

Restaurant hours will be from 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The first 100 guests through the door will receive free wings for one year.
