ODESSA — Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston will be starting his second season as a homeowner.

Winston paid $1.195 million last week for a Mediterranean-style mansion on an acre fronting Lake Keystone in Odessa, Multiple Listing Service records show .

The 5,400-square-foot home features 10-foot mahogany ceilings, a winding staircase, a music room and a formal dining room. The first-floor master bedroom "beckons you as a private oasis with its elegant master bath complete with walk-thru shower with triple heads, a Jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks,'' the listing says.

On the second floor are three more "generously sized" bedrooms with en suite baths, a loft-like "flex space,'' a theater room and a game room with entertainment wet bar.

To accommodate extra visitors, the property, on one of Tampa Bay's s most popular boating, fishing and skiing lakes, also has an RV parking pad complete with electric and water hookup.

The previous owners, Douglas and Youngmi Min, bought the eight--year-old home in 2011 for $935,000. They put it on the market in March 2015 for $1.395 million, dropping the price twice before landing a sale.

The listing agent was Kathleen Wingate of Wingate & Associates and the selling agent was Joshua Garfield of Coldwell Banker. He declined to comment Monday, saying "we have confidentiality between the parties."

Although he signed a four-year deal last year reportedly worth $25.4 million, which included a $16.7 million signing bonus, Winston took out a $965,000 mortgage with Comerica Bank, public records show.

A Heisman Trophy winner at Florida State University, Winston was a No. 1 draft pick for the Buccanneers in 2015 despite some controversial incidents off the playing field.
