Tampa Bay home prices fell 2.2 percent between June 30 and Sept. 30, but some neighborhoods rose and fell more than others, according to Zillow.com.

Only 11 out of 110 Tampa Bay neighborhoods reported home price rises in the third quarter this year. Winners included Cheval, Lutz, Odessa and Keystone in semi-rural north Hillsborough County; Indian Rocks and Feather Sound in Pinellas County; and Port Richey in Pasco County.

The most depreciated neighborhoods were in places like Brooksville, Spring Hill, Dade City and Ruskin, on the northern and southern edge of suburbia.

Zillow said the typical Tampa Bay home, including condos, was worth $126,600 at the end of September.
