• Dale Human has been promoted to sales manager for the Tampa Bay region at Lennar's Central Florida Division. Human will oversee new home sales at eight communities throughout Pasco and Polk counties. He has been with Lennar for the past three years and previously served as a new home consultant. .

Realtors

• Charles Alloway has been named vice president in the retail services group at Grubb & Ellis, Commercial Real Estate, Tampa. Alloway has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He most recently served as regional director of real estate at Armstrong Development Properties Inc. in Pennsylvania. Alloway will focus on both landlord and tenant representation.
