Grocer Aldi looks to hire 400 locally

Aldi, the German no-frills grocer that plans to open 25 stores in Central Florida this fall, is revving up the hiring process for 300 people to run them and 100 for a distribution center in Haines City. The first in a monthlong series of job fairs kicks off at 8 a.m. today at the Work Force Alliance, 9350 Bay Plaza, Suite 125, Brandon.
