Legoland Florida in Winter Haven has released renderings of two popular, but little-bitty water park features that will become the first of their kind in Florida once Lego reopens its rebuilt water park at Cypress Gardens in May. The Duplo Safari splash zone will sport toddler waterslides about 3 feet long, along with a foot-tall wave pool. Families can cruise a lazy river on a vessel they build over an inner tube frame from oversized, buoyant foam bricks.

Imagination Station will let kids test how their own bridge, dam or tower engineering stands up to running water. Water park admission is being sold only as a $12 add-on to Legoland tickets or premium passes. — Times staff
