Opening times for stores on Thanksgiving Day

Black Friday is so last year. Here is a sampling of today's store opening times:

Kmart: 6 a.m.

Old Navy: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m; reopens at 7 p.m.

Toys "R'' Us: 5 p.m.

Best Buy: 6 p.m.

Sports Authority: 6 p.m.

Target: 8 p.m.

Macy's: 8 p.m.

JCPenney: 8 p.m.

Kohl's: 8 p.m.

Sears: 8 p.m.

Staples: 8 p.m.

Office Depot: 8 p.m.

H.H. Gregg: 8 p.m.

Also of note:

Winn-Dixie stores are open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. Publix stores are closed. Walmart is open 24/7.

    TALLAHASSEE — Gov. Rick Scott on Friday signed into law a broader medical marijuana system for the state, following through on a promise he made earlier this month.
