WestShore Plaza has signed up Seasons 52, an innovative foodie favorite created by the owners of Red Lobster and Olive Garden, to take the place of the defunct Steak & Ale on the Tampa mall's periphery. When it opens next spring, the store will be the ninth since Orlando-based Darden Restaurants Inc. unveiled the concept in 2003. The Seasons 52 name is linked to a menu rooted in fresh foods available to accentuate selections that change every week of the year. Entrees are priced at $11.50 to $26.95. None pack more than 475 calories. The chain also stocks 160 wines, 60 by the glass.
