Tampa International Airport CEO Lopano completes executive reorganization

Tampa International Airport CEO Joe Lopano on Friday named Koni Cassini, finance director of Tampa Bay Water, as vice president for finance, administration, procurement and human resources at the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority. Cassini will earn $160,000 annually and starts Oct. 3. Lopano also reorganized his management team. Chris Minner, vice president of marketing, now oversees advertising, community affairs and real estate. Gigi Rechel will remain as vice president and general counsel, but will not oversee community affairs, real estate or the agency's government affairs functions.
