Tampa port officials didn't look too far from home for a new security director. Mark Dubina, one of the two special agents in charge of the Tampa Bay regional office of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, will start work for the Tampa Port Authority on Nov. 1. A 19-year veteran of the agency, Dubina has supervised the FDLE's Clearwater field office and served as supervisor of the Tampa Bay Domestic Security Task Force. He will earn $95,000 per year.
