Municipalities

• All federal, state, county and most city offices will be closed.

• City of Largo offices will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Pinellas County Animal Services will be closed.

Courts

• Federal courts and state courts are closed.

• County courts are closed, except for emergency hearings and first appearance advisories for Pinellas and Pasco counties.

Buses

PSTA will operate on a normal schedule.

Garbage collection

No changes for residential trash collection for St. Petersburg, Seminole, Pinellas Park and Gulfport.

Post offices

Post offices are closed.

Schools

Pinellas County public schools will be open.

St. Petersburg College will be closed.

University of South Florida St. Petersburg offices will be closed.

Eckerd College will be open.

Malls

Tyrone Square Mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Attractions

The Pier will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Great Explorations will be closed.

Sunken Gardens will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Dalí Museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Museum of Fine Arts will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Banks

Most banks will be closed.
