Richard Tillery has been named senior transportation planner at RS&H, Tampa. Tillery was a project manager at Renaissance Planning Group, Tampa.

Legal

Rachel L. Drude has been named an associate at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & Wein PA, St. Petersburg, and will lead the firm's estate planning and probate department. Drude previously practiced at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, Adventura.

Theresa Gallion has been included in the Best Lawyers in America for 2011 in the field of labor and employment. Gallion is a partner at Fisher & Phillips, Tampa.

Gail Golman Holtzman has been named a Florida Super Lawyer. Holtzman heads the labor and employment practice group at Kass Shuler, Tampa.

Joseph H. Saunders has been appointed to the plaintiffs steering committee for the United States District Court Multidistrict Litigation 2096, In Re: Zicam Cold Remedy Product Liability Litigation in the U.S. District Court for Arizona. Saunders leads the science subcommittee for the PSC and is founder of Saunders & Walker PA, Pinellas Park.
