David M. Caldevilla has been reappointed by Gov. Charlie Crist to serve on the Judicial Nominating Committee of Florida's 2nd District Court of Appeal. Caldevilla currently serves as chairman of the commission. Caldevilla is a certified appellate lawyer and a shareholder at de la Parte & Gilbert PA, Tampa.

Jennifer L. Fenn has been elected president of the Hillsborough County Young Democrats. Fenn is an associate at Carlton Fields, Tampa, and concentrates in the areas of real estate, finance, and corporate, community, condominium and resort development.
