Joanne Olson was named vice president of human resources and organizational development at Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa. Olson held the title of interim vice president since May and was vice president of human resources at Alvarado Hospital in San Diego.
David A. Straz Jr. has been named chairman of the Tampa General Hospital's governing board, the Florida Health Sciences Center. Straz previously served as vice chairman of the board and is the ambassador at large and honorary consul general to the Republic of Liberia and also honorary consul general to the Republic of Honduras.
