Dwayne Hawkins, dealer, principal, chairman and chief executive officer at Crown Jaguar, St. Petersburg, has been nominated for the 2015 TIME Dealer of the Year Award. Hawkins is one of 55 dealers selected across the country for the award, which recognizes successful business owners who are also dedicated to community service.

Keith Garner has been named an investment executive at Fifth Third Securities' North Florida branch in New Port Richey, and Jeff Parks has been named an investment executive at Fifth Third Securities' North Florida branch in Clearwater. Garner has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned a degree in management and marketing from Union University. Parks has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned a finance degree from the University of South Florida.

Tampa Bay Trust Co., Tampa, announces that Bert Martin and Michael R. Dreyer have been named vice presidents. Martin brings more than 10 years of experience in finance and investing. Dreyer has more than 20 years of financial and estate planning experience.

Deborah A. Schmitt Chesney has been appointed director of operations at After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care and COMBI (Comprehensive Occupational Medicine for Business & Industry). Schmitt Chesney brings 20 years of experience in the areas of urgent care site administration and occupational medicine.

Dennis Poore has been named director of IT infrastructure and security at Premier Eye Care. Poore brings more than 15 years of experience in systems engineering and expertise in network security, support and recovery.

Dustin P. Monokian has joined Shutts & Bowen LLP as a partner in its Tampa office. Monokian will be a member of Shutts & Bowen's newly created government contracts practice group. Monokian earned his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School and is completing his master of laws degree in government procurement law from George Washington University Law School.

Kaitlyn B. Statile has been named a staff attorney at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP, Tampa. Statile joins the litigation department. She earned her J.D. from Florida State University.

Gunn IV has been recognized as the 20th recipient of the Florida Justice Association's EAGLE Centurion Award, which recognizes those who have contributed $250,000 to the Endowment for Association Giving to Law and Education. Also, M. Elizabeth "Liz" Lanier, is a nurse attorney and will concentrate on the prosecution of medical malpractice, nursing home liability and serious personal injuries. She her J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
