Brenda de Treville has been named director of account management at Paradise Advertising, Digital & Entertainment, St. Petersburg. De Treville has 22 years experience and was a publicist at Walt Disney World, helping direct the openings of Disney's Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Village Marketplace. Most recently, she handled the marketing at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

Banking

Raymond James Bank announces that Paul Carey has been named to its board of directors. Carey has more than 40 years of banking experience and most recently served as the managing director of Allied Irish Bank's (AIB) Corporate Banking North American unit before retiring in 2013.

Construction

P.J. Callaghan Construction, Clearwater, announces that Vita Lipari and Robb Salvant have been promoted to vice president. Also, Algis Stonys has been named superintendent. Lipari began work for P.J. Callaghan in 2005 after moving to the Tampa Bay area from New York, where she was a project manager working in the transit, waste management and electrical union. Salvant originally started with P.J. Callaghan in the mid '90s, then after a leave of absence returned to the company in 2007. Stonys brings more than 10 years of senior-level field experience.

Engineering

Ata Tursucu has been named a principal ITS specialist at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Tampa. He has over 20 years of experience, and before joining Parsons Brinckerhoff was a senior system engineer for Kapsch TrafficCom IVHS, based in Virginia.

Financial

J. Scott Jacobus has been named a financial adviser at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch in St. Petersburg. He recently earned the certified public accountant (CPA) designation and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Legal

Adams and Reese announces the addition of real estate lawyers Derek Houston and Amanda Taylor as special counsel in the firm's St. Petersburg office. Houston and Taylor are both recent former shareholders at the Trenam Kemker St. Petersburg office.

Heather Fesnak has been named a partner at Akerman LLP, Tampa. Fesnak is a member of the consumer finance litigation and compliance practice group.

Trenam Kemker, Tampa, announces that Justin L. Dees has joined the firm as a shareholder, and Peter DiSalvo and Kimberly Walters have joined the firm as paralegals. Dees focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on trial and appellate actions involving contract disputes, fraud, shareholder disputes, directors' and officers' liability, real estate, business torts and creditors' rights.
