The Florida Federation of Business and Professional Women, an organization that promotes equity for women in the workplace, is hosting its annual convention in Tampa this weekend.
Friday's workshops are open to the public and will feature talks on understanding generational differences and building community relationships.
It will be held at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel on Ashley Drive. The workshops will run from 9 a.m. to noon.
It costs $35 to attend. Those attending can register and pay at the door starting at 8 a.m.
