Dr. Cathy Digiammo has joined the office of Back N'Balance, a Dunedin chiropractic and wellness center. Digiammo previously practiced at Hess Spinal Centers, New Port Richey.


Alltrust Insurance, Palm Harbor, announces these appointments: Kassandra McDougald, employee benefits consultant; Pamela Mustipher-Johnson, new business development manager; and Michael Mallah, marketing assistant. McDougald was a major account district manager at ADP in Tampa; Mustipher-Johnson was an inside sales representative at Humana, Tampa; and Mullah was an account Executive with Ferman Nissan in Tampa.


Steven G. Burton has been named to the board of overseers at Stetson University College of Law and is joining the Cleveland Clinic's Wellness Institute Leadership Board. He serves on the advisory board for the Pepin Hearth Institute. Burton is managing partner and executive board member at Broad and Cassel, Tampa.


Katee Tully has been appointed director of the capital campaign at the Arts Center, St. Petersburg. Tully was dean at the City University of New York.


Sue Flaig has been promoted to branch manager for Clearwater and Clearwater Beach at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Clearwater. Flaig was assistant manager.

Phillips Development & Realty LLC, Tampa, announces that Terry Callahan has been named vice president of property management; and Amy Jacobs has been named property manager. Callahan was a manager of multifamily properties for Equity Residential Properties in Florida, Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, Maryland and Virginia; Jacobs was assistant property manager for Windsor Falls Apartments in Raleigh, N.C.


Hugh S. Campbell is the winner of the U.S. Small Business Administration South Florida District and the State of Florida 2008 Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year award. Campbell is president of Advanced C4 Solutions Inc., Tampa.

Robert A. Goddard has been appointed an independent member to the board at Dynamic Leisure Corp., an online technology-based leisure travel packager in Tampa. Goddard is managing director of RHI Executive Search, a division of Robert Half International.

    HYDE PARK — In 1998, Mike and Sue Shapiro opened a gallery in St. Petersburg along Central Ave., with a majority of the space dedicated to Sue's clay studio.
