Engineering

Tom Brzezinski has been named chief business development officer at Wade Trim, Tampa. In addition to his new title and responsibilities, Brzezinski will continue to serve as executive vice president.

Health care

Debi Dietrich has been promoted to staffing coordinator at Easy Living Inc., Clearwater. Dietrich was an office assistant and on-call supervisor.

Insurance

Stahl & Associates Insurance, St. Petersburg, announces the addition of Andrea Freeman and Brian Grant as a commercial account executives. Freeman will be based in St. Petersburg and Grant will be based in Oldsmar. Freeman and Grant were senior account representatives at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Tampa.

Legal

Steven G. Burton has been named to Florida Trend magazine's "Legal Elite." Burton is managing partner at Broad and Cassel, Tampa, where he is a member of the bankruptcy and creditor's rights, commercial litigation, insurance defense and risk management, and special assets practice groups and is chairman of the computer and technology practice group.

Kevin J. Napper has been name president of the Herbert G. Goldburg Criminal Law Inn of Court, made up of criminal law practitioners devoted exclusively to the practice of criminal law. Napper is a shareholder and is the white collar crime and government investigations practice group leader at Carlton Fields, Tampa.

Foley & Lardner LLP, Tampa, announces the following partners have been named to the 2009 Chamber USA's American Leading Lawyers for Business. Fred S. Ridley, real estate; Martin A. Traber, corporate/mergers and acquisitions and private equity; Steven W. Vazquez, corporate/merger and acquisitions; and Mark J. Wolfson, bankruptcy and restructuring.

Public relations

Cindy Sharpe has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). The award recognizes outstanding career achievements and dedicated service to the PRSA Tampa Bay Chapter. Sharpe is president of Sharpe Public Relations Inc., Tampa.

Neal Fiske has been named to Remodeling magazine's Big50 issue, which inducts 50 owners of remodeling companies that have set exceptionally high standards for professionalism and integrity through business practices, craftsmanship and community involvement.
