Credit unions

PSCU, St. Petersburg, announces the addition of industry veterans Phil Davis and Brian Scott to the company. Davis has been named senior vice president of service delivery. He leads the teams at PSCU that serve credit unions and their staff members on a daily basis. He most recently was senior vice president, director of operations, at Vantivations. During his tenure there, he held the position of senior vice president of operations for TNB Card Services, serving over 600 credit union clients. Davis earned his bachelor of arts degree in management economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. Scott has been named senior vice president of vendor alliance partnerships. Scott brings over 22 years of experience serving credit unions, most recently as the vice president of sales for the Members Group (TMG), where he led the sales team and helped develop and execute a growth strategy to expand into the Canadian credit union market. He is a graduate of Drake University in Iowa with a double major in finance and accounting.

Health care

Jason Grinstead has been named chief financial officer at Health Integrated, Tampa. Grinstead will lead Health Integrated's financial operations and investor relations. Grinstead brings about 20 years of leadership and financial management experience to Health Integrated. He most recently served as chief financial officer with Care at Home. Before leading Care at Home, Grinstead worked as a financial executive at Lehman Bros., JPMorgan Chase, UBS Investment Bank and Hamlin Capital. He also worked on strategy at the wealth management startup myCFO. He earned a master of business administration degree, with distinction, from Harvard Business School, and earned a master of arts degree from Oxford University in England.

Insurance

Jonathan Hammond has been promoted to chief operating officer at Wallace Welch & Willingham (W3), St. Petersburg. Hammond has been with W3 since in 2000, where he started as a sales producer. He was later promoted to sales manager and earned three designations: certified risk manager, certified insurance counselor, and construction risk and insurance specialist. He has been a sales leader throughout his career and has won accolades that include the distinguished national award from Marsh Berry, Senior Producer of the Year, and has been selected as a member of the Leadership St. Petersburg class.

Legal

Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP, Tampa, announces that C. Victoria Knight-Alaee, Willard A. Blair and Jason A. Smith have been named partners at the firm. Knight-Alaee practices primarily in health law and earned her juris doctorate, with honors, from the University of Florida and her bachelor's of science degree from the University of South Florida. Blair practices primarily in the areas of corporate and securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. He earned his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his bachelor's of arts from the University of South Florida. Smith concentrates his practice in the areas of patent application preparation and prosecution, as well as opinion work and client counseling. Smith earned juris doctorate from the University of Florida, a master of science degree in biological sciences and molecular genetics from the University of South Carolina, and his bachelor of science degree, summa cum laude, from Pfeiffer University.

Dennis McClelland has been named managing partner of Phelps Dunbar's Tampa office. Joining Phelps Dunbar in 2005, McClelland is a partner in the labor and employment group. He also serves on the firm's Operations Committee. He earned his juris doctorate, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and earned his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in political science from Florida State University.

Jennifer Monrose Moore has been elected a shareholder at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PC (Ogletree Deakins), Tampa. Moore focuses her practice on management-side labor relations and employment law. She is a frequent lecturer for the Society of Human Resource Management, Lorman Education and the Florida Workers' Compensation Institute. A community activist, Moore is a volunteer at the YMCA of the Suncoast and is chairwoman of the board of directors and of the human resources committee, is a member of the executive committee and executive compensation committee. Moore earned her juris doctorate, cum laude, from the Stetson University College of Law.

Nonprofit

Stefanie Anna has been promoted to vice president for corporate affairs and governance at Goodwill Industries-Suncoast Inc., St. Petersburg. Anna has been with Goodwill-Suncoast since 2002, serving in various capacities. In her new position, she will also serve as corporate secretary. Before her promotion, Anna was director of board development. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in international studies with a concentration in law and foreign language.
