CLEARWATER — Six months after finalizing her divorce from Terry Bollea, known better as wrestler Hulk Hogan, Linda Bollea is celebrating another ending, her attorneys said Thursday.

Raymond Rafool, who represented her in the divorce, said his client has reached a settlement in the auto negligence civil suit filed on behalf of John Graziano. Terms of the settlement are confidential, Rafool said.

Graziano, who turned 25 this month, suffered severe brain injuries while riding in a car driven by the Bolleas' son, Nick, when he crashed into a tree in August 2007.

"Linda's very pleased," Rafool said. "We think the Grazianos are happy."

Terry Bollea and his son, Nick Bollea, who also goes by Nick Hogan, are still defendants in the suit.

Joseph Varner, Linda Bollea's attorney in the auto negligence suit, said his client was happy to have the matter behind her.

Attorney George Tragos said John Graziano's mother, Debra Graziano, was satisfied with the agreement, which was approved by the court Friday. Tragos is one of the attorneys representing Graziano's interests.

Tragos said a confidential settlement also was reached with Daniel Jacobs, who had been sued along with Terry, Linda and Nick Bollea. Jacobs was allegedly racing Nick Bollea before the crash.

The Bolleas divorced in July after 26 years of marriage.
