Holiday man accused of shoving gun in girlfriend's mouth

HOLIDAY — During an argument early Wednesday with his girlfriend, authorities say Kyle Edward Goldy, 28, shoved the muzzle of a gun in her mouth.

The woman was not injured, and she said Goldy told her later the gun was not loaded, according to his arrest report from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

Goldy, of 2835 Finch Drive, did not admit having possession of the gun but said he was sorry for what happened, the report says.

He was arrested on a charge of aggravated domestic assault with a deadly weapon. He remained at the Land O'Lakes jail Wednesday with bail set at $15,000.
