LARGO – A 35-year-old man was convicted this week of murdering a woman that he briefly lived with, Victoria Lynn Wilson.
After the verdict, Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge Cynthia Newton sentenced Harold Joseph Foley to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Foley and Wilson, 46, had only lived together for a few days in 2007 in a Largo apartment, when Foley strangled her after an argument.
Largo Police had said Foley called family members to come to the apartment and help him perform CPR on Wilson. They told him to call 911 but he refused, police said, until his mother came to the home and called 911 herself.
