Man accused of sex with 15-year-old girl

The 23-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl met during a birthday party at a skating rink on March 28 and had sex that night, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

"Fifteen year old girls make me dirty," Keith B. Savage said to the teen, according to his arrest report. "This is so wrong, 'cause you're a little girl, but I'm addicted to your sex."

The girl told authorities she and Savage had sex numerous times during the next month. Savage admitted to being at the skating rink and said he had sex with her only twice, the report states.

Savage, who is a laborer from Port Richey, was charged Friday with lewd and lascivious behavior.

He has been in the Land O'Lakes jail since April 28 on charges of auto burglary and throwing a deadly missile. He is being held in lieu of $7,000 bail.
