The Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg is featuring original artwork and licensed products by Creative Clay artists in the gift shop. Thursday night at the museum was an artists reception, where proud papa Mauricio Vasquez took a photo of his daughter Alexandra Vasquez, 24, posing with a piece of her art that was for sale in the gift shop. She mainly draws unique characters, and had several imprinted on note cards. Creative Clay says its mission is to “provide expressive, educational and vocational opportunities in the arts for people with obstacles to arts access.”
