The second Cuban Sandwich Festival came together in Ybor City on Saturday. The contest had three categories: traditional, nontraditional and popular vote favorite, which was determined by Facebook and text message votes. There were about 40 entries in the contest, which was held in conjunction with the Ybor City Saturday Market. Michelle Faedo's On The Go, a Tampa food truck, won both the traditional and nontraditional categories. Organizers said the popular vote will be tallied Monday.
