USF receives high marks for online programs

The University of South Florida fared well in rankings of the best online programs released this week by U.S. News & World Report. The publication ranked USF's online graduate education program 36th and its online graduate engineering program 26th, the highest of any Florida school. USF St. Petersburg's three-year-old online MBA program came in at 91. The ranking was based on several factors, including how well programs train professors to teach remotely, the amount of support they give students, student satisfaction, the responsiveness of faculty and how selective the admissions process is.
